About Me
- Gail Siptak
- I am living and painting in the little town of Houston. A far way from my San Francisco beginnings. I paint what I see of the human condition, be it human, animal or object. The glimmer of humor, pathos, and spirit in so much of what I see is the basis of what I paint.

Fantastic! Are they yours or was there a show somewhere? I'm mildly obsessed with prison art. A friend recently gave me a pool table carved out of soap that was made by a man in the prison where she teaches. Incredible stuff. Really love these figures.
ReplyDeleteThere was a show at the Art League some 10 yrs ago with prison art and I bought them then. I helped jury prison art in Huntsville a couple of times and got two of the very first Henry Ray Clark pieces to go out into the world.
